Install AutoMyco
Two ways to switch a stock TS‑01 over, both from a web browser. After either one, updates come over Wi-Fi.
No-wire install over Bluetooth, or the wired install with a backup.
Which one is for me?
No-wire install Beta
Start here. Hold one button on the chamber, keep it within a few metres, and wait about 5 minutes. Nothing to open and no adapter. The chamber rejoins its old Wi-Fi by itself afterwards.
If it stops part-way, the chamber stays on the stock firmware. It can't make a backup: Bluetooth can't read the chip.
Wired install, with backup
For when Bluetooth doesn't work, or you want a complete backup of the stock firmware first. Needs a 3.3 V USB-serial adapter (about $10) on the 7-pin header.
iPhone app
Safari can't use Bluetooth or USB from a web page, so install from a computer or an Android phone for now. The iPhone app's own install is in beta. After installing, the app is the easiest way to run your chamber.
Safari can't use Bluetooth from a web page, so the iPhone app does the no-wire install itself: hold the button on the chamber, then tap Install on a new chamber on the welcome screen (or Settings, then Firmware).
Both installs ask you to sign in with your email first. Questions? See Help.
